Diamond Nail Supplies Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to dispatching your order quickly, safely, and in full compliance with UK and international shipping regulations, including those relating to dangerous goods (DG) where applicable.
1. UK Shipping
Delivery Time — 3–5 Working Days (from order date)
Our standard UK delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days from the date your order is placed.
This timeframe includes:
- Order processing: normally 1–2 working days
- Dispatch: usually between day 2–4
- Delivery by carrier: typically next working day after dispatch
Although most parcels arrive sooner, delivery may take longer during:
- Busy trading periods
- Sales and promotions
- Christmas and bank holidays
- Carrier network delays
- Severe weather conditions
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Tracked Services
All UK orders are shipped using tracked services via reputable carriers including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, UPS, or others.
A tracking link is emailed to you upon dispatch.
2. Order Processing Times
We aim to process orders within 1–2 working days.
Processing may take longer during peak periods.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including DPD, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and whether the order contains liquids.
International shipping is split into Liquid and Liquid-Free services.
A. Liquid Shipping (DG Compliant)
Orders containing any liquids (e.g., monomer, primer, solvents) must be shipped via a dangerous goods–approved carrier.
Liquid shipping costs more due to DG handling requirements. For air shipments, DG rules may only permit certain liquids to be shipped in 30ml containers. You may therefore receive several 30ml bottles and one empty larger bottle for safe decanting at home. No DG handling surcharge beyond the shipping rate is applied.
B. Liquid-Free Shipping (Cheaper Option)
This service is available for orders containing no liquid items.
If you select Liquid-Free Shipping but your order contains liquids:
- Your order will be automatically cancelled
- A refund will be issued (minus any non-recoverable payment processor fees)
4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For customers outside the UK:
- Import VAT, customs duties, and local handling fees may apply
- These charges are not included in our shipping rates
- Customers are responsible for paying any fees required to release their parcel
If customs fees are refused or unpaid:
- The parcel may be returned, held, abandoned, or destroyed
- No refund will be issued in these circumstances
We cannot refund or replace parcels delayed or withheld by customs authorities.
5. Countries We Cannot Ship Liquids To
If liquid shipping is not permitted to your destination, checkout will prevent the order.
We do not ship any dangerous goods to PO Boxes.
6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All orders include tracking.
Most carriers now use photo confirmation and GPS geolocation instead of signatures.
Once tracking shows delivered, including to a safe place or neighbour chosen by the customer, the parcel is considered successfully delivered.
We are not liable for loss resulting from:
- Customer-selected safe place settings
- Delivery to a neighbour
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
Customers must ensure their delivery preferences and address details are correct.
7. Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within:
- 5 working days after dispatch (UK)
- 20 working days after dispatch (International)

We will open an investigation with the carrier.
A replacement or resolution is only provided once the carrier confirms the parcel as lost.
We rely on carrier liability and do not provide additional insurance. If you would like additional insurance, you may purchase this at your own cost.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
These are required for us to file a claim with the carrier.
Damage claims are handled case by case, with replacements preferred where possible.
9. Address Errors & Undeliverable Parcels
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout:
- We cannot refund or replace lost parcels
- The customer is responsible for ensuring their address details are correct
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect
- Refused delivery
- Unpaid customs fees
The customer must pay additional shipping costs if they wish the parcel to be resent.
10. Force Majeure
Diamond Nail Supplies Limited is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Carrier strikes
- Customs delays
- Political unrest
- Natural disasters
- Pandemic-related disruptions
Such events do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
11. Partial Shipments
If regulations require us to separate liquid and non-liquid items into different parcels, we may do so.
You will not be charged additional shipping unless you request separate dispatch.
12. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has entered the packing or dispatch stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
